This page contains all the necessary information regarding the "Business hours" section of Reekolect.
This feature may only be available to customers of certain plans.
Business Hours
The Business Hours section allows you to define your organization’s working hours, including specific days and shifts, such as night shifts.
How to Set Business Hours:
Click on the Create Business Hours button.
Enter a name in the Name field and add a short description.
Select the time zone and the applicable business days.
Choose the corresponding start and end times for each working day.
To add a night shift or an additional shift, click on the + icon.
Click Add Business Hours to save the settings.
